  1. BoingBall Anim for WbLogo

  4. Gaz gave me a version of WbLogo to beta test, so I did,
  5. then I decided to create my own anim to go with my workbench.

  7. Its the boing ball, spinning, with the word AMIGA next to it.
  8. Oh, btw, does anybody else hate that amiga logo? I prefered
  9. the old one anyway... Maybe I'll make one with the old logo,
  10. if i can find it that is.

  12. Just incase anybody else could find a home for this, I've
  13. made it a public release. As for whether the 'boingball' is
  14. somehow copyrighted... I'd hate to say.

  16. Oh, if you examine the anim closely, you will find that each
  17. frame is displayed twice, not once as you would think. This
  18. is because it span too fast before, and the speed was so fast
  19. that the frames were corrupted because of the blit speed. I
  20. think, although I cant be sure what the funny mess was created
  21. by, but I know in have had simaler problems when blitting to a
  22. window rapidly.

  24. I also included an animgif of the same animation, as you might
  25. want to put it on your homepage or something. It does announce
  26. that you are very amiga, much like the  'designed on a mac'
  27. sort of logos I guess. And I've seen other simaler sorts of
  28. logos on amiga homepages, but I dont like them too much. This
  29. certainly fits in better with my homepage.

  31. Do you think the grey background is to light? I didnt, then I
  32. loaded WbLogo.. and eeek, its much lighter than the dashboard
  33. it was to go next too. I lightend all the parts of the db, and
  34. it fitted in, but it still looks a little to bright. Maybe
  35. I'll darken it some day, if ppaint dont have a rexx script to
  36. do it for me.
